Ms. Godsil, Eleanor Bontecou Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School, leads Perception Institute’s research on implicit bias, racial anxiety, and stereotype threat. She applies insights from the mind sciences to race, law, and public policy. A former assistant U.S. attorney, she serves as Chair of the Rent Guidelines Board for New York City.
