Dr. Bell previously served as a Mathematics teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Under Dr. Bell’s leadership, the staff has grown from nine employees to over 60. Dr. Bell has also implemented programs, policies, and practices that have decreased the achievement gap in the graduation rate from over 16% to under 3%.
