Ms. Koch works with Latino and immigrant families to promote their involvement at school and success as leaders. Ms. Koch focuses on supporting student and family needs and fosters their growth at school and in the community. Prior to Barrett, Ms. Koch served as an ESOL teacher in Arlington and Fairfax counties and intervention program manager. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from The College of New Jersey and M.Ed. in Secondary Education from George Washington University.
