Ms. Aparicio has worked in youth development for over six years at Identity, Inc., a community-based nonprofit organization that serves Latino youth and families in Montgomery County. She recently completed the oversight of a five-year randomized control study, in collaboration with George Washington University, to design an after-school youth development program for Latino teens. She has an M.A. in FILAS (Fellows in Latin American Studies) from the University of Miami, Coral Gables.
