Judith O’Boyle

Ms. O’Boyle has worked with the Philadelphia, PA Field Office of the Office for Civil Rights in the Department of Education for the last seven years. In the past, she has served as Supervisory Trial Attorney with EEOC and has over twenty years of federal civil rights enforcement experience. Ms. O’Boyle holds a B.A. from Penn State University, a M.Ed. from Kutztown University, and a law degree from Rutgers University.
