Ms. Dudamel is a native of Venezuela and has worked in youth development for over seven years. She manages the Latino Youth Wellness Program and a 21st Century Community Learning Center program at Identity, Inc. Identity is a community-based nonprofit organization that serves Latino youth and their families in Montgomery County, Maryland. Ms. Dudamel has her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park.
