Mr. Angel manages the Montgomery County Conservation Corps program at LAYC, which re-engages disconnected youth in the Silver Spring area. In the past, Adam worked for six years managing youth-led organizing campaigns with high school and out-of-school youth in North East, DC. He holds a LICSW from the graduate school of Howard School of Social Work.
