Ms. Quiroga served as the executive director for a non-profit empowering Latino families through education and leadership, worked at an education law firm advising state education agencies on federal education laws, and created a leadership program for immigrant youth, prior to joining the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
