WORKSHOP FULL – Unlocking OUR Potential to Create Culturally Responsive Schools: The Journey
This workshop will demonstrate the process, tools, and initiatives used over the past two years by AACPS in partnership with AACC to create positive, growth-centered school culture in all schools and achieve the school system’s mandate of “Elevating ALL Students and Eliminating ALL gaps including: building partnerships with stakeholders and community partners, developing culturally responsive leaders, developing the vision and skills of each school’s Equity Liaison, employing Growth Mindset tools with teachers, students, and parents, and creating an ethic of responsiveness and excellence.
