Families, caregivers, and students are invited to share ideas on how CEFAM can implement high-impact school, family, and community engagement strategies in Maine!
The Advisory Committee provides advice and support for the activities of the Maine Statewide Family Engagement Center. As a member of the Advisory Committee, you will have a platform to shape how education programs, agencies, and school districts work on what matters most for student success. Family members will receive a gift card stipend for each session.
When is the application deadline?
We accept applications throughout the year. Rolling admissions.
Who can apply?
Our priority right now is to recruit a diverse group of parents and caregivers of children (birth to Grade 12) from all regions of Maine.

What’s the level of commitment?
Membership is on a yearly basis. There are four meetings each year, one has an an in-person option.
When are the meetings this year?
For 2023, meetings take place on February 7, May 2, September 5, and December 5.
